Order Completion Phases

Our order completion process consists of three main phases:

1. Designing:

Upon receiving your order, our design team will work diligently to create your customized product. The designing phase may take 1 day up to 14 days to ensure that your design is meticulously crafted to your specifications.

2. Printing:

Once the design phase is completed, we move on to the printing process. Our team uses state-of-the-art printing technology to bring your design to life. The printing and packaging phase may take 2 days up to 8 days to ensure the highest quality output.

3. Shipping:

After the printing phase, your product is carefully packaged and prepared for shipment. We offer several shipping options, and the estimated delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method and your location. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will make every effort to meet our delivery commitments.

Returns and Refunds

We take pride in delivering products that meet our high-quality standards. We do not offer returns or refunds except in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect Design or Print: If we have delivered an item with the incorrect design or print that differs from what you approved, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
