Can I order the digital files only?

Yes, choose the Printable Digital File variation.

What if I want my portraits to be printed?

You may choose from Posters, Mugs, and Canvas within the product page. Custom Box Design Services are not available to be printed as of now.

What if I want both the printed and digital versions?

Order the printed version as instructed above, then email us to claim your digital file for FREE. Our email is displayed on the top part of this page.

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally. Our printing facilities are based on the United States, this means that we ship faster and cheaper within the United States. We also ship to every other countries. If the shipping fee is high in your area, we highly suggest you to just order the files from us and then contact a print shop near you to have it printed.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The estimated time of arrival of your products are the combination of 3 processing phases: Design, Printing, and Shipping. It usually takes 1-4 days to finish a design, and another 3-6 days to print them. After that, it only takes 4-14 days for the item to be shipped from our office to your address. Completion times may vary based on the difficulty of your design and your location.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept PayPal and card. Payment transactions are processed by PayPal and card transactions are done via Payoneer. We integrated their services to ensure your safety. We legally cannot process and save your information.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, returns, and cancellations are not allowed. Even though its very rare to happen, you may contact us if we ever delivered the wrong printed product.

Are my payment details secured?

Yes, we partner with Payoneer and PayPal to handle your payments, we do not hold nor process your payment information here ourselves. After the cart page, you will be redirected to PayPal or Payoneer.

Who owns the copyright for the finished product?

All of our portraits and designs are for personal use only. This means that you are free to print and post them in your social media. You may not use them for commercial purposes. We still own the copyright for the finished portraits. If you wish to use them for commercial purposes, feel free to contact us.
